Delilah is a 17 year old, 15 hh, palomino Quarter Horse mare. She is very responsive, rides in hackamore, works off leg pressure and draw reins, goes out alone or with a group on trail rides and is not a spooky girl. She is a forward mover with a long stride but very controllable, a fast walker with lots of giddy up go. When working with her on the ground she is very attuned to her person and will follow, stop, turn etc with no lead rope. Delilah tends be a bit pushy, no attempts to bite or kick, with her overall ground manners but we?re working on that with her. Her former life may have been as a pasture ornament since she prefers to be out there.
Delilah is a lot of ?woman? for an advanced beginner to intermediate rider who wants to take a ride with some wind in their face. The adoption fee for this horse is $700. All excellent homes will be considered.
